These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of bosswears.co (the “Site”) and any order you place with us. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

BossWears is a leather jacket brand operated by SMART HYPES LTD (company number 15961857), a company registered in England and Wales. References to “BossWears,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms mean SMART HYPES LTD.

3. Products and Orders

Our leather jackets (biker and bomber styles, in black and brown) are handmade to order. Production begins once your order is placed and typically takes about 1 week before your jacket ships.

Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is only formed once we confirm and accept your order (for example, by email confirmation). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons such as product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. Because each jacket is made to order, please double-check your size and details before confirming your purchase.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices on the Site are shown in [currency, e.g. USD] and are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed securely through PayPal at checkout; we do not store your full payment details on our servers.

You confirm that any payment details you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Jackets are handmade and shipped internationally from Pakistan. Estimated production and delivery times, shipping costs, and carrier details are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery timeframes are estimates only; we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other events outside our control.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Because each jacket is handmade to order specifically for you, our returns and refund options are more limited than for off-the-shelf products. Full details on cancellations, faulty or damaged items, and any applicable refunds are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or significantly different item, contact us as described in our Refund Policy so we can put it right.

7. Intellectual Property

The BossWears name, logo, jacket designs, and all content on the Site (text, images, and graphics) are owned by SMART HYPES LTD or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding, designs, or content without our prior written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users’ accounts
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information, including for orders or payments
• Interfere with the proper working of the Site, including through malicious code or automated scraping

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who violates these rules.

9. Limitation of Liability
